Wildlife and not so Wild

 This is a little bit of a personal passion. Several years ago I got an amazing opportunity to go to Antarctica. Its not like any other place on earth. Its raw and untouched. It quickly inspired my love of the humble penguin and its somewhat quirky personalities. Not to mention their ability to fly through water and tough it out through some of the hardest weather conditions. Since then Ive had an appreciation of nature. Its beauty, peacefulness and struggle.

There is a calmness in watching animals go about their day.

Nature has no expectations.

Although living in the UK, opportunities to photography big cats in the savanna are few and far between. Maybe a trip to a wildlife park is required. However we do have some great animals with some great personalities here in the UK such as Robins, Squirrels and Deer.
